“Hell’s Kitchen,” an enthralling musical inspired by the life and music of Alicia Keys, is set to take Broadway by storm in 2024. “Hell’s Kitchen” tickets are available for the show’s anticipated run at the Shubert Theatre.

What a cute charming little theatre! If you can catch a musical here, go! We saw Hell’s Kitchen here… amazing! I think every seat is a great seat! You literally walk from the outside INTO the actual theater! Which I thought was pretty cool! Bathroom lines are minimal (men) and the drink lines went by super quick! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Saw Hell's Kitchen here, outstanding show! Really good views and clean. I am 6'5" and the seat was a little tight, not the worst on Broadway but tight. I sat in Mezzanine C 27. It was an end seat but it was still behind a seat in a weird angle that made it not the most comfortable. The two rows in front of me had better spacing on the end and would have been better, but just be careful on where you choose to sit if you are a taller person like myself.

I saw Hell’s Kitchen here and loved it! A touching play about Alicia Key’s life. The theater itself was gorgeous and even though I was high up in the balcony, I had a great view.

We arrived for Hell’s Kitchen and the show was out of this world! One of the best musicals I have experienced! The Theatre, well it’s old! We had mezzanine seating and slightly obstructed views! The seats are very tight and small! My poor hubby who is over 6ft had is knees cramped on the seats in front of us. I am below average size and I couldn’t stand the person next to me into my seat with their shoulders and arms but not their fault they also had no space! On that level we also had 3 stall restroom for ladies and so many in line that some missed the start of the show after the intermission. If you aren’t in a box seat you are gonna be uncomfortable. So I didn’t like the theatre but the staff were all very nice and helpful. Show is Amazing and I got my playbill signed afterwards.

Came here to see Alisha Keys directed show Hell’s Kitchen. Beautiful location, comfortable seats, good A/C (bring a sweater), clean bathrooms, and they even served packaged snacks and drinks at your seat. The set, music, actors, dancers, musicians were all amazing! Incredible show! A Must see!

A lovely theatre, it's very well decorated. We went there to see Hell's Kitchen. The cast was phenomenal. Although the story was a little bit predictable, the play itself was well presented.

I enjoyed the show I saw very much! I saw Hell's Kitchen. The music was phenomenal! My seats were at the top of the theatre and it was all stairs. A challenge for my friend with knee problems.I find that most of the theatres in NYC lack adequate leg space for anyone tall. At 6'2", I always have struggles sitting comfortably. My tip is to get an aisle seat. You can stretch your legs periodically.

We saw Hell’s Kitchen on Broadway and had a fantastic time. The story is relatable and pulled me in right away, and the performances were outstanding. The theater itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with great acoustics and comfortable seating. It made for an all-around enjoyable experience. However, the security process is a bit chaotic compared to other shows. A single line only and the security check is only one door instead of two like other theaters. This should be something they should improve.

Loved watching Hell's Kitchen! However, the theatre seats were too small, with not a lot of leg room. Additionally the layout of bathrooms was not ideal. There were only 2 stalls, and the line cut into the stairs and made things chaotic. There was another bathroom 2 floors down. The concession stand was also poorly placed right behind the seats, so the lines blocked off traffic a lot and made it hard to get to and from seats. The view from the balcony was good! I was able to enjoy the whole show, without any obstructions.

The balcony seating was a bit tight not enough leg room and the theater was hot barely felt the AC at times. The theater is beautifully light and very clean. The concession stand prices are a bit on the pricey side. Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere. The musical Hell’s Kitchen I give 5 stars, it was a great show definitely recommend to go see it. Great singers and acting.

Went to a Wednesday matinee to see Hell’s Kitchen here and it was amazing. The show was absolutely amazing. The theater was packed - not one empty seat but the staff handled the crowd extremely well. Entrance lines, bathroom lines and concession lines moved efficiently despite the crowd. Beautiful iconic theater.

Saw Hell's Kitchen (which made me cry so much it was life changing good!) and this is a beautiful theater and all the people we dealt with were really great. An usher in the balcony was dancing to the music playing when we first walked in. In general everyone seemed to be in a good mood and very helpful. During the show, the ushers were really on people about having their phones out. We were impressed. It might be obnoxious, but it's really obnoxious when people are having their phones light up anyways. If you can't be without your phone for a couple hours, then you probably just shouldn't be there.

The Schubert Theater, in the heart of Broadway opened in 1913. With beautiful Italian Renaissance design, it seats 1500 on three levels.Came here twice to see Some Like it Hot. Such a great show. If you’re looking for a nice evening of pure fun and good song and dance, this is it. Closing December 30 so if you haven’t been and you’re in the city, this is a must see.

Came here to see Some Like it Hot THREE times! And I would come back more if I could! This musical is the best in the city! Mezzanine level has great sight lines for everything to be seen on stage. The theatre is good too. Friendly staff, efficient aisles for seating, and well kept facility. My only issue are the small restrooms; 2-3 stalls on the mezzanine level and one below the orchestra level. It was not very conducive for the crowd so make sure you use the restroom before you come!

Old school theater. The upper level terrace which was on tge 3rd level had seating that was just too steep to get to and a very narrow row to walk in and sit. I am short and upon sitting my knees hovered over the row in front of me. If walking up a few flights of stairs or a steep decent is an issue then I recommend floor seats. It's a small theater too.

I bought the tickets more than a month ago and due to terrible weather conditions they said I can hold my tickets and call back another day. We went yesterday and they accommodated us in the best seats! I’ve never been closer. Some like it Hot was a great comedy musical and would definitely recommend!

Absolute stunning performance of Some Like It Hot. Amazingly talented artists, costumes and music. However, we were seated on the penultimate row on the top floor and had a partially obstructed view… these seats were selected on our behalf unfortunately. Would seriously avoid in future. Also, planning on sending a complaint to the management regarding the price we were charged for two small glasses of wine and a minuscule packet of peanuts… $67 dollars is FAR from reasonable. Would be interested to know if this price is correct. If so, managment need to get a reality check!

So I’ve been here a few times for many shows. I just recently came here on Wednesday for “Some like it Hot” which was phenomenal, Highly Recommend! Great performance.🦋 theater is very nice.Problem:🦋The seats in the back of the mezzanine have a very obstructed view - the balcony above obstructs the top third of the stage. Avoid this area.🦋 staff were very aggressive. Not to me, but in general. With the way they were handling the people during intermission and the flashlights.🦋 bathrooms were downstairs & very disorganized and again aggressive with the staff (not good for the elderly & the handicapped).

Be sure to see Some Like It Hot at the Shubert! The show is pure Broadway magic! Amazing, hugely complex tap dancing numbers, and a modern take on the 1959 Monroe film. The theatre is a nice size, and there are no bad seats!

Beautiful, historic theatre situated right in a convenient location of New York City. There is a great, unobstructed view of the stage even from where we sat in the very last row of the mezzanine. The seats are comfortable and roomy. We saw Some Like It Hot here which was exquisite- would highly recommend.

Amazing! Truly unique experience. This was my first Broadway show and there is nothing like it. We saw Some Like It Hot. I was very pleased at their interpretation. They made the story line shine in a new light that resonates with our century so much better. First 2 rows in Mezzanine are the best.

This is such a lovely old theater. I was in row E of the Mezzanine and the view was amazing and I found the seats very comfortable. I was there to see Some Like It Hot. I had a broken toe and was wearing an orthopedic protection boot and I still found the seats comfortable. There are a lot of stairs but they were fine for me. I even walked down to the basement during intermission to use the restroom and all was well. As for the show! Not enough words to say how AMAZING, JOYOUS and SUPERB it was!! A true must see!

Overall nice theatre! Saw Some Like it Hot here and really enjoyed it. My only complaint is that the seats in the back of the mezzanine (what I won in the lottery) have a very obstructed view - the balcony above obstructs the top third of the stage. For shorter folks, it might not be as much of an issue. Fortunately, I was able to move up to a better seat during the intermission.

This theater was beautiful in the architect was superb I had a great time and that was one of the best shows I've seen in a long time. My only issue is I recently had a knee injury and it did not tell you before you buy the tickets that you would have to walk up five or six flights of stairs just to get to the top there is no elevator. So this is not a place for the handicap please be advised.
